At She Happy Herbs, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy for guidance:
1. No returns or refunds all sales are final.
- Refund requests for consultations only must be initiated within 48 hours of consultation date.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, gift cards or custom products ,are not eligible for returns or refunds.
2. Refund Process
- To initiate a refund for consultations, please contact us at shehappyherbs@gmail.com with your consultation date. Consultations must be canceled with in 48 hours after scheduling.
- Once your refund is approved, we will provide information on your refund.
3. Refunds
- Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges may be subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We may require photos or other evidence to process your claim.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be provided for:
- Items returned after the eligibility period.
- Items not returned in their original condition or missing parts.
